1. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.
2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners point out that they are entitled for issuance of eligibility certificate in terms of notice dated 22.11.2023.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-NMC, however, submits that the entitlement of the petitioners for issuance of the eligibility certificate will have to be considered in view of the various facts and circumstances.
4. Having perused the public notice and the facts involved in the instant petition, this Court finds it appropriate to direct the respondent-NMC to decide the entitlement of the petitioners for issuance of the eligibility certificate for appearing in the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE).
5. Respondent-NMC is directed to decide the aforesaid aspect within seven working days.
