Section 14(3) in The Indian Council Of World Affairs Act, 2001
(3)On and from such date as may be appointed by the Central Government by notification in the Official Gazette, the Vice-President of India, ex officio shall be the Chairperson of the Governing Body and shall exercise such powers and discharge such func ions as may be prescribed by regulations.
