Section 2(1)(n) in Maharashtra Division Level Police Complaint Authority (Administration and Procedure) Regulations, 2018

(n)"Misconduct" means any wilful breach or neglect by a police officer of any law, rule and regulation applicable to the police that adversely affect the rights of any member of public, as defined in clause (a) of subsection( 1) section 22 Q of the Act ;
