Section 4(1) in The U.P. Higher Education Services Commission Act, 1980
(1)The Commission shall consist of a Chairman and not less than two and [not more than six other members] [Substituted by U.P. Act No. 42 of 2007 (w.e.f. 15.6.2007).] to be appointed by the State Government.
