5 28-08-2017Already the Court had granted three adjournments enabling the State to file its counter affidavit but, no counter affidavit has been filed as yet. Again a prayer has been made for time on behalf of the counsel for the State to file counter affidavit on the ground that he has not received instruction in the matter.
Let this case be listed after three weeks at the same position enabling the State to file counter affidavit failing which the Collector, Munger, will remain present in person before this Court to assist in the present case.
