6. The term of the Local Level Monitoring Committee and other related matters.
(1)The term of office of the non-official members of the Local Level Monitoring Committee shall be three years from the date of its constitution. But after the expiry of the term of the Committee its non-official members may continue in office till the constitution of the next Committee.(2)A non-official member may resign his office at any time by giving letter in writing his hand.
