Section 21D(2) in Jharkhand Co-operative Societies Rules, 2008
(2)It shall be the duty of the election officer to hold and conduct elections properly in accordance with these rules. He shall exercise all such powers and perform all such duties as may be necessary for and incidental to the conduct of elections.
