Section 2(k) in The Maharashtra Land Revenue (Disposal of Government Lands) Rules, 1971
(k)"goldsmith" means a goldsmith who has been affected by the operation of any provision of the Defence of India Rules, relating to gold control or any orders made thereunder, and on the said rules made thereunder;
