Section 2(e) in Jharkhand Tourist Places (Protection and Maintenance) Act, 2015
(e)" A Tourist Place or Zone" means a zone, place, site, location, riverbed, beach, water spring, lake, water fall declared by the Government as tourist place or zone under section 3 of this Act and shall also include any place or zone declared by the government as tourist place or zone.
