Section 5(1) in Arunachal Pradesh Forest and Special Tiger Protection Force Act, 2012
(1)The appointment of the members of the Forces shall rest with the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests who shall exercise that power in accordance with the Rules made under this Act Provided that the power of appointment under this section may also be exercised by such other Supervisory Officer not below the rank of Deputy Conservator as the Government may by order specify in this behalf,
