Section 371(2)(a) in Karnataka Municipal Corporations Act, 1976

(a)No person shall establish any new private market without or otherwise than in conformity with a licence issued by the Commissioner with the sanction of the standing committee which shall be guided in giving or refusing sanction by the resolutions of the corporation passed under sub-section (1).
