CMPs No.5018, 5019, 5022, 5023, 5024, 5026 and 5027 of 2022 By way of these applications, a prayer has been made by the applicants for release of the amount which has been deposited by the non applicant/appellant. However, these applications have been strongly opposed by learned counsel for the nonapplicant/appellant.
Having heard for sometime, this Court is of the view that it will be in the interest of justice in case the appeal itself is heard on some earlier date.
