80. Superintendent to enquire into all prison offences and record punishments.
- When the Deputy Superintendent reports any unusual occurrence requiring immediate action, the Superintendent shall forthwith proceed to the jail to investigate the case and take such pleasures as may under the circumstances be necessary. He shall make a report of the matter in his journal.
