Section 36 in The U.P. Judicial Service Rules, 2001
36. Age of Superannuation.
- Provisions of the Uttar Pradesh Judicial Officers (Retirement on Superannuation) Rules, 1992, as amended from time to time, shall apply to the members of the service for determining the age of their superannuation.
