Section 14(vii) in Rules for Rate Contract with Small Scale Industries of Orissa registered with the Directorate of EP&M, Orissa
(vii)The contractor shall be responsible for all loss, destruction, damage or deterioration of or to the stores, from any cause whatsoever while the store(s) after inspection are awaiting despatch or delivery or in the course of transit.
