Section 46A in Ajmer Abolition of Intermediaries And Land Reforms Act, 1955
46A. Special provision for letting or sub-letting by members of scheduled castes and scheduled tribes
Not with standing anything contained in sections 44, 45 and 46, no person who is a member of a scheduled caste or a scheduled tribe shall let or sub-let the whole or any part of his holding under the said sections to any person who is not a member of a scheduled caste or a scheduled tribe.
