Section 511B(2)(b) in The Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957

(b)all stores, articles and other movable properties belonging to [a Corporation] [Substituted by Delhi Act 12 of 2011, section 2(a), "for the Corporation" (w.e.f. 13-1-2012)] immediately before such commencement and utilised for or in connection with the "transferred functions" shall pass to and vest in the new authority concerned;
