(5)The General Council shall communicate through the Vice- Chancellor to the Chancellor [and the Pro-Chancellor] [Inserted by Maharashtra Act No. 76 of 2018, dated 17.12.2018.] such action, if any, as it proposes to take or has been taken on the result of such inspection or inquiry.
