(e)the work in compressed air in a cofferdam or caisson is -(i)carried out in accordance with the procedure laid down in the relevant national standards;(ii)carried out by such building workers who have completed eighteen years of age and are medically examined as required under Rule 221;(iii)carried out under the supervision of a responsible person.
