issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the
impugned order of selection list of the appointment of 19 village Assistants in
Sirkazhi Taluk limit, vide Na.Ka.No.906/2015/A7 dated 14/02/2019 issued by
the Thasildhar of Sirkazhi Town and Taluk, Nagapattinam District, the 7th
respondent herein, and quash the same, subsequently directing the 1st
respondent herein to appoint the petitioner for the post of village Assistant of
the Sirkazhi Taluk limit, Nagapattinam District on he basis of the petitioners
representation dated 15/03/2019 by Register post.
