Section 98 in Punjab Panchayat Samitis and Zila Parishads Act, 1961
98. Budget of Zila Parishad.-
The Secretary of a Zila Parishad shall, in each year, frame and place before the Zila Parishad, on or before the prescribed date, a budget showing the probable receipts and expenditure during the next financial year.
