Section 27 in Gujarat Surviving Alienations Abolition Act, 1963
27. Delegation of powers.- The State Government may, subject to such restrictions and conditions as it may impose, by notification in the Official Gazette, delegate to any of its officers not below the rank of a Collector under the Code, all or any of the powers conferred on it by this Act.
