Section 3(i) in The M.P. Shri Mahakaleshwar Mandir Adhiniyam, 1982
(i)"Mandir" means the temple of Shri Mahakaleshwar in Ujjain, all lands comprised in survey No. 2112 of the survey of the Samvat 1984 in the City of Ujjain together with temples, buildings and other structures situate therein and all appurtenant and subordinate temples mentioned in the Schedule and any authorised additions which may be made thereto after the commencement of this Act;
