Section 13 in The Pepsu Abolition of Ala Malikiyat Rights Act, 1954
13. Repeal and saving.
- The Patiala and East Punjab States Union Abolition of Ala Malikiyat Rights Act, 1953 (President's Act 2 of 1953), is hereby repealed but, notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken in the exercise of any power conferred by or under the said Act shall be deemed to have been done or taken in exercise of the powers conferred by or under this Act, as if this Act was in force on the day on which such thing was done or action was taken.[Section 9-A inserted by Punjab Act No. 20 of 1961]
