35. Information to the Board/Reserve Bank of India.
- Every designated depository participant shall, as and when required by the Board or the Reserve Bank of India, submit to the Board or the Reserve Bank of India, as the case may be, any information, record or documents in relation to activities of foreign portfolio investor as the Board or as the Reserve Bank of India may require.
