Section 35 in The Haryana and Uttar Pradesh (Alteration of Boundaries) Act, 1979
35. Power to remove difficulties.-
(1)If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the President may, by notified order, do anything, not inconsistent with such provisions which appears to him to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty.(2)Every order made under this section shall be laid before each House of Parliament.
