Section 1 in The Guwahati Building Construction (Regulation) Act, 2010
1. Short title, extent and commencement
(1)This Act may be called the Guwahati Building Construction (Regulation) Act, 2010.(2)It shall extend to the whole of the Guw ahati Metropolitan Area as notified by the State Government.(3)They shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
