Section 56T in The Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950
56T. Non-application of certain provisions of this Act to endowments.––
Except so far as is expressly provided in the provisions of this Chapter, nothing in sections 18,19, 20, 21, 47, 50, 59, 66 and 67 shall apply to the endowments to which this Chapter applies:Provided that, the provisions of this Chapter shall cease to apply to any such endowment in respect of which a scheme has been framed under section 50A, and upon framing of such scheme, the other provisions of this Act, except sections 18, 19, 20, and 21 shall apply to such endowment.
