70. Submission of declaration in case of a person.
- W hen the goods, as are notilicd under sub-section (3) of Section 58 belonging to a person other than a dealer are carried in a vehicle coming from any place outside the State or going to a place outside the State, the driver/any other person incharge of the vehicle shall submit a declaration in Form 60.
