Section 52(3) in Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands (Vidarbha Region) Act, 1958
(3)If the landlord has failed to restorer possession of the land to the tenant as provided in sub-section (1) he shall be liable to pay such compensation to the tenant as may be determined by the This Tahsildar for the loss suffered by the tenant on account of eviction.
