(4)[ The Gram Panchayat shall, as soon as may be after the preparation of the report under sub-section (1) and the report and the list under sub-section (2), place the same in the meetings of the Gram Sansads and the Gram Sabha for discussion and adoption with modifications, if any, and shall furnish copies of the report under sub-section (1) as so modified to the prescribed authority referred to in sub-section (1) and the Panchayat Samiti ordinarily by the middle of January every year.] [Sub-Section (4) inserted by W.B.
