Section 9 in High Court Civil Procedure Alternative Dispute Resolution Rules, 2007
9. Applicability to other proceedings.
- The preceding Rules 3 to 8 relating to settlement of dispute of a suit shall mutatis mutandis apply to appeals and revisions and other proceedings and the nomenclature of the suit and the status of the parties be read accordingly.
