Section 50 in The Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Ordinance, 1975
50. Declaration of fidelity and secrecy.
- Every director, auditor, officer or other employee of the corporation or, an employee of the State Government whose services are utilised by the corporation under section 45, shall before entering upon his duties, make declaration of fidelity and secrecy in the form set out in the Schedule to this Act.
