Section 21A in Madras Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1951
21A. [ [The President, Member or Commissioner etc.] [Inserted by Act No. 27 of 1954.], to observe appropriate forms and ceremonies.
- [The President, Member of the Board or of the Area Committee or of the Temple Advisory Committee, Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, Assistant Commissioner and every other person exercising the powers of superintendence or control or advice] [Substituted 'The commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, Assistant Commissioner, every member of an Area Committee and every other person exercising powers of superintendence or control' by Act No. 31 of 2008.] under this Act, shall so far as may be, observe forms and ceremonies appropriate to the religious institution in respect of which such powers are exercised and in the case of a math, act in conformity with the usage of a math in his dealings with the head of the math.]
