This case has been transferred from High Court of Delhi to this Tribunal in terms of conferment of jurisdiction in respect of cases pertaining to MCD. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the present dispute relates to Slum & JJ Department of MCD, which comes under the Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board constituted under Statutory Act. Learned counsel further submits that no such notification has been issued qua this Board under Section 14(2) of Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985.
2. In view of what has been stated above, we are of the view that we have no jurisdiction to entertain this matter and dispute is required to be raised before appropriate forum. Accordingly, TA is disposed of with liberty reserve to the petitioner to present the same before appropriate forum.
