43. Exemption.
(1)Notwithstanding the provisions of this Act, the Government may by order exempt any person or class of persons from all or any of the provisions of this Act.(2)Any order made under this section shall be presented to State Legislature as soon as possible after publication in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.
