Section 41(2)(ii) in The Maharashtra Land Revenue (Disposal of Government Lands) Rules, 1971

(ii)The grantee shall not use the land and the building erected or to be erected thereon for any purpose other than the purpose for which it is granted without obtaining the permission of the Collector under the provisions of the Code and the rules thereunder;
