(1) LR No. 27-8/2003/TE/11(1) dated 18-11-2003 issued by BSNL corporate office, New Delhi. (2) LR No. TA/STB/4-5/BCR/RLgs/111 dated 08-12-2003 issued by CGMT, A.P. Circle, BSNL, Hyderabad - 500 001, after receiving the letter referred in serial No. 1 above.

The following were present Appellant: Absent Respondent: Mr. Santosh Marshall CPIO through VC The CPIO stated that the information requested by the appellant in his RTI application dated 30/06/2010 was provided vide letter dated 23/07/2010 and again vide letter dated 04/09/2010 in response to his 1st appeal. He further stated that when a notice for this hearing was received the information was again dispatched by speed vide letter dated 01/04/2014. The appellant is not present for canvassing his case/contesting the CPIO's submissions.Page 1 of 2
