8 09-10-2012The learned counsel, Mr. Vindhyachal Rai submitted that he will file fresh vakalatnama on behalf of the appellants within two weeks after Durga Puja Holidays. According to the learned counsel, the Second Appeal was dismissed earlier because the earlier learned counsel did not take any interest. The learned counsel filed the MJC application and gets the Second Appeal restored to its original file.
In view of the submission of the learned counsel, it is directed that the appellants must file fresh vakalatnama within two weeks after Durga Puja Holidays.
The office is directed to list this Second Appeal under the same heading in the first week of November, 2012.
