Section 16 in Punjab Self-Supporting Co-operative Societies Act, 2006
16. Mobilization of funds from members.
- A self-supporting co-operative society, may mobilize funds in the shape of share captial, deposits, debentures, loans, grants and other contributions from its members to such extent and under such conditions, as may be specified in its bye-laws.
