Section 13(7)(b) in Andhra Pradesh Exhibition of Films on Television Screen through Video Cassette Recorders (Regulation) Rules, 2006

(b)The Executive Engineer or an officer deputed by him after inspection of the building, shall renew the certificate of structural soundness or refuse to issue such certificate. The provisions of rule shall apply mutatis mutandis to the renewal of such certificate.
