Section 3 in The Maharashtra State Board Of Nursing And Paramedical Education Act, 2013
3. Establishment of Board.-
The Government shall, by notification in the Official Gazette, establish for the purposes of this Act, a Board to be called "the Maharashtra State Board of Nursing and Paramedical Education".
