Section 20(1) in The Chanakya National Law University Act, 2006
(1)An academician shall be appointed as Registrar by the Chancellor on the recommendation of the Selection Committee constituted by the Executive Council and headed by the Vice-Chancellor on such terms and conditions of service as may be specified subject to the provisions of Statutes and Regulations.
