(3)If the application is accompanied by the sheet or sheets of not less than the minimum value as stated in the preceding sub-rule, but the copying fees leviable are found to be in excess of the value of the sheet or sheets thus filed, the applicant shall be called upon to make up the deficiency within a time to fixed for the purpose. If the deficiency is not so made up, the application shall be rejected.
