Section 4(1) in Indian Corporate Law Service Rules, 2015
(1)The duty posts included in the various grades of the Service, their number and the [Level in the Pay Matrix or pay scale] [Substituted 'Scales of Pay (Pay Band and Grade Pay)' by Notification No. G.S.R. 523 (E), dated 29.5.2017 (w.e.f. 4.6.2015)] on the date of commencement of these rules shall be as specified in Schedule I.
