Section 16 in The Karnataka Professional Education Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Determination of Fee) Act, 2006
16. Report.-
The Committee shall before such date, in such form and at such interval as may be prescribed submit the prescribed report to the State Government and the State Government shall cause a copy of such report to be laid before both Houses of the State Legislature.
