Section 544(b) in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
(b)as a godown or place for the storage,in connection with wholesale trade of grain seed or groceries, the Commissioner may, if it appears to him necessary to do so, Dy written notice require the owner or occupier of such building to discontinue the use of such building for any such purpose;
