(e)he possesses-(i)a degree from any University established by law in Social Sciences or Labour Welfare or Industrial Relations and Personnel Management;(ii)a diploma in Social Sciences or Labour Welfare or Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from any University or Institutions specified in the Schedule or Two years experience of working in Labour Welfare of any factory:
