Section 25 in The West Bengal Heritage Commission Act, 2001
25. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against any member or officer of the Commission in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of any provision of this Act.
