Section 18(1)(b) in The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission Comprehensive (Conduct Of Business) Regulations, 2001

(b)If the Commission directs evidence of a party to be led by way of oral submission, the Commission may, if considered necessary or expedient, grant an opportunity to the other party to cross-examine the persons giving evidence.
